Cinnamon Bun Pancakes

Ever craved cinnabon buns for breakfast. Well, I don’t know about you but I have definitely had somedays were I wanted to have cinnamon buns for breakfast, but making cinnamon buns first thing in the morning isn’t really the easiest and fastest. So instead why not combine pancakes and cinnamon bun flavor with its AMAZING creamy icing. So probably you guessed it I will be showing you an amazing recipe to make these delicious cinnamon pancakes…enjoy! xThis recipe is from this pin.

You will need:

*I used a homemade pancake mixture  (from scratch)

-for the cinnamon filling:  

4 TBSP unsalted melted butter

1/4 c+2 TBSP light brown sugar

1/2 TSP cinnamon

-for the glaze(cream cheese)

4 TBSP unsalted butter

2 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)

3/4 c. powdered sugar

1/2 TSP vanilla extract 

Instructions:

1) make your pancake batter 

2)mix all cinnamon filling ingredients together and put it in a ziplock/tiny piping bag and set aside while doing the rest

3)start by making the pancakes by scooping it in the pan then you want to start piping the cinnamon filling mixture in a swirly shape(the picture on the pin demonstrates it 😂)

3)wait for the mixture to set ok the pancake then flip it and repeat the same steps to the whole pancake mix

-now its time to prepare the glaze:

1)Melt butter in a sauce pan

2)remove from heat and whisk in cream cheese until its smooth 

3)sift the powdered sugar and whisk then add vanilla.

-now its time to decorate it as you like ,then ENJOY IT!!!
